Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Enterprise strategy coordination
- Maintain the enterprise strategy and transformation register.
- Monitor strategic initiatives, dependencies, sequencing, risks and delivery impacts.
- Identify cross-portfolio conflicts, capacity constraints and delivery risks.
- Support GM/CEO decision-making through analysis and sequencing recommendations.
- Track enterprise benefits realisation.
Governance and reporting
- Coordinate governance forums, reporting and executive dashboards.
- Monitor actions, decisions, milestones and implementation progress.
- Escalate delivery risks and portfolio issues as required.
- Ensure initiatives have clear ownership, business cases and success measures.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Corporate Planning, EPMO, PMOs and business leaders to maintain alignment and accurate reporting.
- Facilitate information sharing and coordination across enterprise initiatives.
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, strategy, governance, project management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise strategy, transformation or portfolio coordination in a complex organisation.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Strong analytical capability, including scenario modelling and dependency mapping.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and supporting governance forums.
